amoeba 2.1

Amoeba version 2.1 has been released. Executable are available here:
https://github.com/abulmo/amoeba/releases/tag/v2.1

From version 2.0, I estimate the progress to be 10 elo, maybe less; but I made some substantial changes in the code that deserved a release.
