Jumbo 0.4.0 released

A new version of Jumbo is available. This is the first version that supports SMP, implemented as "Lazy SMP". The 32-bit version has been built with VS2010. The 64-bit version has been built with CygWin GCC and requires some CygWin DLLs (see the download page if you don't know how to get them).

is there any chance that you could include the required dll files in the engine package?
