Dorky v4.5 Released

Latest version of Dorky Chess. This version is +100 ELO stronger than previous version.  Updates include:

* Improved move ordering
* Futility pruning in Quiesce
* More aggressive SEE pruning in Quiesce
* Improved Transposition Table replacement
* Evaluation tweaks

Hi Matt,

Only now I had some time to look at it again.
It seems it is only compiled for modern 64 bit and it crashes here
after the first move.

(The 4.3 64 bit version (not for i7) worked here)

Any chance for a no popcnt version for my old quad from 2009?
