For chess960 - no book :D

For standard chess - usually the default ChessGUI book or WorldClass2013-1.cgb
.

Opinions expressed here are my own, and not necessarily those of the CCRL Group.

I cut all books at 10 moves but most of them are even shorter.

I made a book of the top 2 move openings, I feel that by using books that go up to move 8 or more you aren't really testing the engine's ability to play the opening phase of the game. And by using two moves instead of no book at all it increases the variety of positions played.
