Galjoen version 0.28 released

I put a new version of Galjoen on my website.

-Most effort went into the gui. It got a few enhancements, bugfixes, and now it supports xboard and uci engines. I don't have windows binaries yet. I'll try to add these in the next version.

-The engine is a bit stronger now, probably comparable with FairyMax and it can be used with xboard or uci protocol. Win64 binary is included.
