Andscacs - New version

Hi!
I just published a new version of Andscacs, 0.60l, with support for 32 bit windows, but it is 50 elo points weaker.

Also all versions will not ask for msvcp100.dll if it is not installed on the computer, so will be easier for users to use it without external dependences.

It's normal to lose 50 elo points from 64 to 32 bits? What tells your experience on this?

Almost same in my case on fast tc 40/20s.
