what is your suggestion for a C# compiler that works with Windows XP SP3?
I have installed Microsoft.NET Framework 4 on my system; v4.5 (or higher) cannot be executed on my operating system because at least Vista SP2 is therefore required:

Well, I have the original binary working very well in Win Vista, 7 & 8.
The author promised to me new binaries working together with .NET Framework 4.0.
This engine is a very particular one ( has an .exe and a .dll working together).
