Bouquet 1.8 relase

Post by velmarin » Sat Sep 07, 2013 7:35 am

New version of Bouquet. 1.8.

Some code cleanup over version 1.6.
POPCNT instruction detection.
UCI options for Pawn_Hash and Larges_Pages.
Strong extension of pawns Static evaluation, now also dynamically based on different game situations, (quite done yet).
Some minor changes.
Time Control more adaptable to different controls (quite done yet)

Executable for 64-bit, x64 1.8 Bouquet
Executable for 32-bit, x32 1.8 Bouquet

There is a more than 64-bit executable on WINE folder for some Linux users with Wine, is equal but have removed all the problematic instructions.

I hope to find a different game and some fun.
Mention and Special thanks to Izak Petrorius, also "Peterpan" , author of engine Panchess for your help, advice (patch included) and friendship.

Greetings.:D

I'm sorry, Michael.
For now, it is impossible.
You can use with WINE (wine folder), but do not know how is the performance ..

Thank you very much Graham, you always attentive ...
You have my thanks .. I've already expressed ...

Dr Deeb, thank you for your continued support, ELO, agreeing to the beta, there was talk of 35, but my tests are very short, I expect better performance in long time controls, although this version is more "agile",
I make very few test, really.

Greetings.

The testrun for the LS-ratinglist has started on both machines, so on Tuesday or Wednesday we will know, how much stronger Bouquet 1.8 is...
Stay tuned.
