Black was slightly better.

But Jonny played the lemon 35...c5-c4?

He should have give his freepawns more support form his pieces. Than he would have good winningchances in the game. But it´s still a fight to the win.

Junior deserves the title. He plays in the games more for a win as his opponents, because Junior knows more about chess as his competitors.

You seem to be a bit out of touch with reality. In real life you become World Champion by winning the World Championship. There is no other way. You cannot become World Champion if you are not willing to participate in the World Championship, for whatever reason. Not even if it is because your chances of actually winning are not high enough to your taste...

If you do not participate, you are in fact the ultimate loser. Whining about it afterwards, that despite not participating, you are World Champion anyway, and that the event is not valid without your presence, is beyond childish...

No, just don't ever call it a world championship. Those days have gone permanently for the ICGA. But anyone can come along and call something a "world championship", that is not exclusive to the ICGA either - for example
