If you're reading this Jim, thanks for everything you've done for our community over a long period of time, and best wishes always.

I do hope that you'll come back though.
I contacted Jim.

Thankfully, nothing untoward has happened.
What he was doing was becoming more of a chore than a hobby.

Let's hope that he might regain his enthusiasm at some stage.

Wow, I was wondering what happened. I was trying get some android engines from his site a few days ago and got a message that downloads (from the links I tried, at least) were disabled because of too much traffic:

Error (509)
This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!

Anyway, many thanks to Jim, maybe one day he will resume his excellent contributions.

BTW, is there a cached page, or a trusted site somewhere where his compiles can be found, without searching all over the web piecemeal?

Very sad news.

To Jim (if you are reading this): Thank you for your great contribution to the scene, especially for porting and giving second life to many obscure engines. I hope you will find lot of joy in the real world.

Also, I'd be happy to host a mirror of Jim's site with engine compiles, if it is possible and if no one else is doing that yet.
