Yes, if it uses 6 then it probably uses 8 OK.

It seemed to run OK here on my non-popcnt laptop, so maybe you'll have some luck with this new version of Scorpio. I do not have the ability to test 8 core functionality, though.

Scorpio 2.7.5 64-bit runs okay on 4 cores, but not on 8 cores.
I'll try out Daniel's new version to see how it fares and post here.

Spike 1.4 works fine here on 6 cores, I don't see why it wouldn't use 8.

No idea, but it doesn't want to use 8 cores on my octal. It's happy enough using 4 cores though.

Yes. It wanted the msvcr110.dll file, which I placed in the folder.
Then the scorpio exe didn't want to open anyway. :?

If you can provide a working version, I'll put it in to replace DeepSaros.

I guess your operating system is XP. I have compiled it again and uploaded a win32 and x64 versions. If the later works use that.
