Bouquet_1.6 relase

Post by velmarin » Thu Nov 29, 2012 7:51 pm

Hello, my friends.
Announcing the launch of Bouquet_1.6

Changes in the builds, linked statically to have less dependencies.
The 64-bit executable, rather popcnt, compiled with Intel.
The 32-bit executable compiled with Microsoft.

There are several ideas in chess level, something I hope to improve on the engine.
You all know how much evidence we need to see results, there is occasionally make a stop, throwing a relase,
to pursue new forces.

I added a small readme.
All in a package, in the usual page:
https://sites.google.com/site/chessbouq ... ess-engine

Mediafire link:

Thank you all, testers and users in general.
Chema.

I think there is a problem. I have run 2 dozen games with it against Moron, and they were all drawn!

Re: Which Version Do You Prefer?

Seriously tho- I will be starting Group 1 in the Freeware Tourney probably this weekend. It is the last group- and has all the strongest freeware engines. Of course I had Bouquet 1.5 pop64 entered, so you need to let me know if you want me to stay with it- or want me to take it out and put in this latest Bouquet 1.6 pop64. It is your call.

Best and thanks for the new version-

george
