Rodent 0.15 released

It took a bit longer than usual, but I have rather busy time recently. Anyway, Rodent 0.15 may be downloaded at

Changes include

- tweaks and bugfixes
- better evaluation of King's pawn shield
- tweaks in opening book code (including optionl verification by a short search and exclusion of infrequent alternatives)
- NEW primitive position learning algorithm (off by default)
