I've just released 0.3.1 version. My purpose was mainly to clean up the code a bit, so it can serve better for my bitboard rewrite basis.
I don't expect more than 15 elo increase, but I am releasing it, because my intention is to stop here with the 0.3 branch. Changes are listed here:
