Myrddin 0.85 release

Greetings,

Myrddin 0.85 is now officially released. The engine now is estimated around 2350 CCRL ELO, which is an improvement of about 125-150 points over the previous version released eight months ago.

The only feature addition is that Myrddin can now resign. See the INI file for instructions.
