Glass 1.2 released

there are two new downloads at http://www.marittima.pl/glass

- a new version of Glass chess engine by Edmund Moshammer and Pawel Koziol
- Opening Book manager by Edmund Moshammer

There are the following modifications to the engine:

-the engine finally comes with multiPV support.
-on some platforms it should be noticeably faster due to a change of some numeric types.
-Glass interpolates between midgame and endgame pcsq tables now
-finally, an awful king safety bug has been fixed, making Glass much more aggressive, if slightly erratic.

there is much more eval tuning to be done, but Polish Chess Programmer's League group 2 tournament starts tomorrow.

in the book manager package there is a lengthy text document, explaining the gob (Glass Opening Book) format, showing how to implement book support and what functions are offered by the manager itself.
