In 2 or 3 days the new Loop 13.6 will be available.

are there any other changes apart from the multi-core implementation and multi-variation mode?

Multi Core Mode for parallel systems up to 4 cores
Improved search engine
Improved chess knowledge

Multi Variation Mode for analysis up to 8 variants"

Hi Paulo,

I'm not sure that the middle two that you've highlighted apply to this particular release though.
I'd just like Gerhard to clarify that this is the case.

Gerhard,

I have noticed that on Core 2 Duo (Windows XP 64-bit) the 64-bit compile is no faster than the 32-bit compile (infact very slightly slower) is there any chance of on Intel optimised compile?
