The speed difference is really minor and probably depends on the machine. On my Intel i7 machine, latest 32-bit and 64-bit versions are slightly faster, but the 64-bit PopCnt version is slightly slower.
ELO difference is not measurable considering the error margin and the number of games you are running.

If not, you can take your pick between Bosnia, Serbia, USA and Canada
Currently have citizenship and living in Canada, but seriously considering moving to either Belize or New Zealand

Since I am by nationality first and foremost the Serbian, let's go with Serbia then. I am not sure I can call myself a true Canadian unless I start liking hockey (not going to happen)

I just didn't grow up with it like most of Canadians. I grew up watching and playing football and basketball.
It's a great sport, but I don't follow it. The only american sport I developed a taste for is american football.
I like all fighting sports too (chess included
. Big fan of UFC. Tried MMA myself. Got chocked so hard by a 100kg beast that I was eating through a straw for 3 weeks. Needless to say, I retired after that
