I went to to purchase Komodo Dragon on your website — but when I got to the Paypal page, it still did not show any discount (Komodo 14 owner) so I just exited Paypal without purchasing it.

Discount still not showing once it redirects to Paypal — PayPal shows full price, sent you private message with screenshot.

2. How to disable the option NNUE.
3. Where to download others NNUE.

Dragon by Komodo Chess has a NNUE evaluation (not a full NNUE engine) in it.
You can disable the NNUE evaluation by setting "Use Regular Eval" to true/checked
We do not have other networks right now, but plan on making some available as they are developed in the future.
