I have an older version of this. It is quite selective: not a lot of variety in the lines played, but it will steer into lines it thinks are good. There are equally good alternatives. If you are going to spend money on something, I'd recommend the Hiarcs opening book, which is quite large and updated quarterly. Also useful are the Chessbase Power Books for specific openings, e.g. Najdorf.

No Hiarcs or PowerBook can compete with my books in terms of quality of the moves mostly because they include human games while my works include only top games from Stockfish machines with alot of cores (some rare exception with mixed tournaments where the players use Lc0 or the latest Komodo, but we are alking of the 0.1% of the games).

And yes, the Goi books are quite selective so if you're searching for variety you'd better look for alternatives like the two mentioned above or The Oak (still 15$) as soon as I open the shop again. url: https://chess.massimilianogoi.com/shop/theoak/

The Oak is most probably the book with more variants other than Fauzi, being sized 3 gigabytes (Fauzi is 9).

There is no match for the cubail's books against the Goi book competition machines edition, the only active book producer at my level is DON, but his book costs more than mines, although he makes alot more updates.

Fres opening book is leader in book rating list of Sedat Canbaz.

Rating list:
https://sites.google.com/site/computers ... book-cs-36

It is not too selective, nor is it bloated. Very current, everything new is in it. Great work.

His bin book:

http://www.solidfiles.com/v/mDpymvWRV8VDq

He has also released 2 other books, Klasman:

https://www.mirrored.to/files/6ESB2V5C/ ... .rar_links

And Burak (some 1.8GB book o_O):

https://anonfile.com/Xcydmewcob/Burak_rar

Source.

And... he released Cevdet-X.bin, but this was only for a limited time, and now the only way to get it is to log in to this forum and download the attachment. Which I've found impossible because they use Russian Captchas o_O;

Cubail's ctg book Cevdet:

https://www.mirrored.to/files/1TS7W43Q/Cevdet.rar_links

1. Tournament ON
2. Min games 0-100
3. Variety of play 50%
4. Influence of learn 100%
5. Learning strength 100%

Source. (<- he has other eco specific and other specific tourney books there)
