This is best way to test engines ..........

In order to know for sure which engines are the best, you will have to give the same opening with White and then allow the other engine to play the same opening with Black as it is done here https://tcec-chess.com/ ; Otherwise certain engines will always pick the same opening either with White or Black that the programmer prepare the certain engines to be advantageous to play with.
Do NOT worry and be happy, we all live a short life

Most testers probably do this anyway.

I did NOT know that the CCC test engines by using the same opening first for one engine with White and flipping engines with the Black side or reverse side of the same opening. Do you have a viewing Website for us to see your testing like https://tcec-chess.com/ Where we can make Comments ?

I am not involved with CCC.

My CCRL testing is broadcast through Tom's Live Chess Viewer - details in each of my tournament threads.
