Lc0 CPuct

Post by Nordlandia »

What is the conclusion ?

Should i stick to 1.9 or keep it at 2.147000

Laskos's 1.9 seems fine but i'm uncertain what is trully the best.

For LTC on an RTX GPU, 1.9 seems some 90% likely to be better than the default Kiudee. No cherry picking of data and wrong likelihood estimation methodology. For shorter TC, there seem to be little difference, one can just keep the defaults. I hope Kiudee will come sometime with new tuning for new Lc0 parameters.

Best net from slow Blitz to VLTC seems to be SV 30x384 series, with 3010 net scaling a bit better than some of the later nets (don't know the reason). Haven't checked 3200 net of the series, it's strong at ultra-fast TC. I don't think to LTC the T60 run will ever get close to these SV nets, the difference is substantial. All that on RTX GPU or several of them.
