Thanks. So now I hope they work on a version for older versions of Windows and dxdiag, because Windows 10 is an unusable buggy OS.

Oh! Maybe you use up to now Windows 98SE. This was my favorite Windows. It was not an OS but a good GUI for DOS 7.1

As both Mac and Windows user I would say that Windows 10 is the best Windows OS ever.

Nope, so many headaches, lost data, time wasted updating it...

I'm now back on Windows 8.1, and I'm a happy camper. Except for people that don't support it, a kind of "your old car shall not run on these roads" deal.

I think the concepts of Microsoft is main cause of the series of Windows 10 update failure.
There are other demands of a common machine user from an OS than a professional user.
So I think Microsoft should develop a Windows version for common user and an another version for professional user as it was in the older time. We and mainly Ovyron at all. the victim of the avidity of Microsoft. Who forced to buy such a Windows on common user, what they can not exploit well, and forced to buy such a Windows on professional user what can not reach the professional level.
Using Windows 8.1 you may have issues with drivers, I think.

That would be Windows XP, by far. Statistics back it up.

Is it? Last time I tried I could barely run anything on WinXP (the fault of developers that stopped supporting the OS, not the OS itself, but I was FORCED to upgrade... Some things that could theoretically run just detected the OS and refused to install, the drivers I needed to use to watch the PC on the TV via a DVI cable was the final nail, but did really love the OS, otherwise.)
