To configure sound, there is a button next to sound option (Settings->General) to popup a dialog:

Looks solid!

A couple of questions:
- When picking up a piece to move it, can you add an option to not make the piece larger while it is moving? It is distracting for me.
- When I open a game in a database and then want to start a new game, BS assumes it is the last players from the db that are playing. For example, I choose to look at a game between Leko and Kramnik. I then click on File>New Game and those same players are shown as playing the current new game. I then have to click on the players name to change to Human and an engine. It would be nice if new players are assumed to be Human and the last engine used.

I have a request phhnguyen.

Please write if the program has a function where two computers can play with each other using LAN.

Most of the work thus far seems to be fine tuning BS for engine v engine matches. And it is now looking like a great tool for that use.
Now I'd like to see features for player v engine and analysis functions.

Feature Request: Implement Replay training or Training Mode - This is much like Chessbase's Replay function where a user loads a game from a database. Then move by move he/she tries to predict a move for one side; white or black. This will teach user how his/her role model player thinks in various positions.
Also when you load a game, you can play a move. If it is not the one of the game you get a pop-up saying 'Incorrect move', and the entered move is ignored/taken back. If it is the move of the game, the move is accepted, the move of the opponent is played automatically, and you can start guessing the next move.

Thanks for the request. It is interesting and perhaps not too hard to implement. I will do it soon.

Dear Phhnguyen,

I hope that you not forget my little suggestions from the past with the following feature requests, please can you add:

-Possibility to let two or more engines (like SF & Komodo) calculate more in deep at one fixed chess position, in order to compare their analytical outputs. (With that feature you distinguish from all other chess GUIs!)

-Open larger pgn files (e.g. from TWIC) and search for typical database functions (position, opening, player names etc.) in it

-Possibility to open chess database/book tree Formats (cbh and ctg) from Chessbase like it is planned in the new Hiarcs Chess Explorer version 2 (http://www.hiarcs.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9768)

Great thanks and please go ahead with you nice GUI! I would be very happy to see the new features in the next release…-:)

Hi Phhnguyen.

I have such a request - I will describe it. I play a Swiss tournament and would like to set all engines to have the option "50-move rule" - draw. Is it possible.

Sorry, I missed this suggestion. Could you explain more? How to use those engines and what for? Is it in analyzing mode using multiple engines?

All above suggestions are still in my TODO list and I have actually done some preparing works such as studying realities of implementations, collect and study some involving documents...
