I have been unable to reach
http://abrok.eu/stockfish/

Is there an issue with the site?

Thanks, tmo. BTW, do you know what is happening with the asmFish site: no updates since 12/7/18 and also warnings from Chrome about a dangerous site?

asmfish is not sustainable - the effort require to keep it updated for a possible 10 to 12 elo gain for no financial gain becomes an exercise in futility...

There are some relatively recent updates on GitHub:

https://github.com/lantonov/asmFish/tree/master/

I did get an antivirus warning with one of the Matefinder executables, probably a false alarm.

Thanks for the Antonov URL at Github.
Do you know what is the difference between the bmi1.exe and bmi2.exe versions?

Does it take in account the Counterply effort ?

Just read here:
https://github.com/CounterPly/asmFish

Code: Select all

Updated: 3/11/19. Development of asmFishCP is on pause while asmFish gets caught up. https://www.counterply.com/asmFishCP
Note that the updates on the Lantonov site are just a mirror of updates only done by Justin Doherty aka counterply.
(Lantonov hasn't made any commit since nearly a year)
