Why LC0 still can't use INT4?

This would improve the speed by a factor of 4.
For example:
RTX 2080 Ti = 36k speed.
With INT4 = 144k speed.

How long do we need to wait for INT4?

This has already been answered. The lower precision comes at a cost.

I think you don't. It means that INT4 isn't a viable choice for Lc0.
