International Gsei Tournament 2017

Hello chess programmers,

G.S.E.I. (the Italian group for chess and informatics) is proud to announce that the annual tournament will be hold in Roma (Italy) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_e3yWI_NHA on 23th and 24th of September.
The venue is the same as the 2016 edition.

Both Italian and foreign programs may take part.
The tournament is a seven round Swiss with a time control of 30 minutes and 10 seconds increment, you have to use your own hardware.

Any and only original softwares can partecipate, following the rules that you can find on GSEI site:

The B&B suggested ( http://en.foscarihouse.roma.it/ ) is very cheap and the location is very very nice, for singles and families.

IMPORTANT:
We are trying to collect a number of computers and operators to help programmers who cannot come physically in Italy, but they are few, so please hurry up and sends us a mail if you are interested.

We all have come back late at night, so you just have to wait tomorrow, to see all the games loaded on the web site.

It was a fantastic tournament, with many strong engines and some weak one. We have seen an engine play on a PIC, another on an Android device, one written in ADA, someone with hundred of cores... and someone with ony one.

The Eternal City was the frame of the competition, could anybody ask more?
