Wow....seen a lot.....but Friends..this must be one of the "Greatest Weeks
In Chess Engine History".....Stockfish 8...Cfish8...Shredder 13...Houdini 5..
Now Fire 5...Gajolin 33...Crafty 25.2..Rodent II...Komodo 10.2....Amazing Sequence of events!! AR :D :wink:

Thanks for the hint HG (added new release to XB/UCI chronology).
A pity though it does not extend the pool of crazyhouse programs.

Sadly, Rodent II is not new - it'sonly long overdue 32 bit compile.

Yes, it has been an incredible time. The ASM version of Stockfish 8 is also worth mentioning.

The only thing left is

- Fritz 16
- HIARCS 15
- A new Junior
- Jonny to be made public
- MChess to be UCI..........

Basically we have loads to be grateful for!

Oooh, that is indeed interesting! It's not the stand-alone engine rewrite, but it's something.
I guess I should add to the festivities and release SjaakII 1.4 with some new features (and stronger in at least some variants). There are one or two minor things I need to get done for it. Maybe tomorrow evening.
