A bit problematic position for engines
7r/ppp2kpp/8/2b5/8/3KnP2/P5PP/RN4NR b - -
Haha had to edit my position as this is a much cooler starting position.

what is the solution? SF does not find anything better than Rd8+ (0.00) up to depth 53

I found this in Smerdon's Scandinavian. Black might be winning the endgame. I guess I don't wanna ruin the fun yet with a few moves.

Chances are that the "solution" does not really work now that SF clearly cannot find it. Engines should really be modified in case of long term pinning : reduce the value of the piece and extend the search more (to find an escape of the pin) because the value of a pinned piece is way less than it's usual value. In the original position the knight worth about 0. In the second position the evaluation is even more difficult because black can exchange we he wants.
Another case where a rook worth about 0 point for a long time because it's a completely ineffective piece after Rxe5! fxe5 Rf1! :

Well I haven't analysed it completely just checked a few things.
1... Rd8 2. Ke2 Rd1 3. a4 Bd4 4.Ra3 Rxb1 5.Rxe3 Bxe3 6.Kxe3 a5 7.Kd3 c6 followed b5 and maybe Ke6. Hard to say if it is really completely winning.
3.f4 b5 4.g4 b4 5.h4 a5 again seems quite good for black

After your line above Black's winning, but what about 7.h4 instead of Kd3?
E.g:
