Cleo was released by Wiliam Mota from Brazil and I uploaded it here:

I have only found an old Gandalf version on the Czech website:
http://www.chesspraga.cz/download/dos/gandalf1.rar

As far I know a Deep Gandalf 7 edition was released only for private purposes, not available as a public commercial product.

Hi Günther,

I have since the interview with Steen Surballe no contacts to him. With Sylvain since a longer time.

Gandalf:
I gave Lokasoft the permission to added the older WB Gandalf 4 files (Gambit-Soft times) on the release CDs of newer Gandalf versions. Steen goes from Gambit-Soft to Lokasoft after Gandalf 4. DOS versions before Gandalf 4 (Gandalf 2 and Gandalf 3) are also commercial available from Gambit-Soft. Later Gandalf 5 from Ed or Lokasoft are without UCI support (I try to power UCI too, others not) available from Lokasoft.

I can give my permission to make Gandalf 4.32 version freely available in name of Gambit-Soft (my baby, idea for Gambit-Soft) but for sure the main persons ... Steen and Sylvain must give it too. I am here to 1% only important.

I think interesting are the older DOS versions of Gandalf (nice grafics, good options). But here also ... Steen must give the permission. Strongest Gandalf 4 = Gandalf 4.32f, most interesting Gandalf 4 is 4.32d (never released). If Steen today not have the files ... I have it all.

4.32d ... most interesting playing style, more aggressive but if I remember a little WB support problem in analyze mode.

Later Steen is working on Gandalf 7 ... but never available!

Best
Frank

Only questions to Gandalf and Capture?
I a lot is missed if I am looking in your table!

HINT:
Nimzo is available as WB Nimzo 2000b.
An idea is to asked Ossi Weiner. I believe exculusive available from Ossi! I don't know the contract Ossi have with Chrilly. But it can be possible Ossi can give it free.

Huge update today. Probably 90% of data available now.
It should be finished next week when I am back from some vacancy.
(Only the playing strength/class column might last a bit longer)

The new XB/UCI chronology is nearly finished and updated.
I will just try to collect a few more data points for programs with still
missing RC (rating classification), but those are by now just around 3%.
(most of them probably quite weak, 'difficult to handle', or just too new I guess)

Now, I will compile a list with missing versions/programs downloads I can provide and then send it to Ron.
If he finds some time then he will update the computerchesswiki in the next (few?) weeks with all those downloads.

May be he can start with the NimzoWB versions first ;)
Frank kindly sent them to me today - it seems there are three versions.
(IIRC one more than I had before when I bought the WM-Paket 2001 long ago)

MCS WM Paket 2000 contains a standalone version of Nimzo and own GUI which is called NimzoWerkstatt.

Hi,

same for Gandalf comparing to Nimzo and Zarkov.
If Steen give his OK, I collected all of the older versions. I have also the older DOS versions.

With Zarkov:
I hope John send me shortly his OK.
I have more as only the older WB engines. Again John have an own Windows GUI, also Zarkov 3 DOS is interesting and the older 2.51 and 2.61 too. The question is here what of this material we can make freely available.

The chronology was updated today and most programs which were available for download at RWBC are now transferred to CCW(computerchesswiki).
(My big thanks to Ron!)

I took the opportunity to clean up the book downloads too. Only Polyglot book downloads are left now, because I think Thinkerbooks are obsolete meanwhile.
If someone still needs the Thinkerbook Utilities or the help page I had created, just mail me with the given address at RWBC.

In the next step all download links currently marked 'XXX' will be set up at CCW too, if Ron finds some spare time again. (This will finally include the WB Nimzos)

After that I will probably update the chronology once a month I guess and perhaps I will create some stats again about historical developments,
as in the old chronology pages...
