After about 10 years at the same site I had to move the 40H pgn/epd tools and databases. The new site is:
http://www.40h.netai.net/
The only difference is that the readme files had to be changed to pdf format from txt format. Everything should be the same.

The location I moved to did not work out. My web site went down without any notice or explanation. I was not able to get a response from them. No sense staying there.
Fortunately I was able to go back to my previous provider. I changed the URL slightly. The new location is:
