Hi Marco,
thanks for the answer. In our blitz tests it is equal but in 40/20 I do not know, why I have so bad results. I shall repeat 3 matches on 3 different PCs and in about 3 days I can compare.
best wishes

thank you.
I thnk vajolet2 2.1 should be of the same strenght of vajolet2 2.0. But I haven't tested it very carefully at longer timecontrol

Really weird result for the stockfish here too, like CCRL.

More games needed. The two results in which Stockfish 7 4CPU performed 200 elo weaker than it should had only 25 games each. Its only 100 game match against the new Komodo's it got a performance of 3352, slightly higher than the highest rated Komodo on the list (3342) and that result looks like what should be expected. I'm certain when more games are added SF7 4CPU will probably end up 40 to 60 elo higher than SF6.

And that's exactly the reason why the top engines must be tested against a wide range of opponents....

in my rating list I go down to 200 Elo weaker engines just to gather a clear picture of the real strength of the top notch chess engine if ever 8-)

Hi,
our lists have been corrected:

NEW Engines
2 Stockfish 7.0 x64 4CPU: 3336 - 200 games (+24 to v. 6.0 - startrating)
10 Stockfish 7.0 x64 1CPU: 3230 - 1200 games (+46 to v. 6.0)

146 games have been played with 1CPU actually
Thanks for the hints.
