I've been working on and off on this for the past few months. In 40/60 self-play it consistently beats previous version by about 60% margin. However, only Graham can tell whether it's actually stronger and by how much.

On a side note -- I am joining one rather secretive company in the valley and will have to put open source contributions on hold. This might be the last Donna version in a long while.
