My i7-4940MX 4.2GHz found this answer in 5 minutes versus 60 minutes.

The rate at which computer engines can bruteforce analyze is not only staggering, but the increasing intelligence with which they bruteforce is slowly solving Chess a position at a time.

Perhaps the FEN should be
