Not sure what you mean Terry.
All I'm doing is informing members that the FIDE Ethics Commission report is being discussed there.
I guess that once the full report is published on the FIDE site, we'll be even better informed.

Would you care to elaborate {SNIP}?

I understand that the report is available for interested parties to view in private, but it can't be posted in full until it appears on the FIDE website. It seems that it can be quoted from until then.Adam Hair wrote:Graham Banks wrote:I see it being discussed here - http://rybkaforum.net/cgi-bin/rybkaforu ... ?tid=30118

Therefore you can see some of the content in that thread.

You are asking Terry to elaborate but this is not the animal excrement forum or indeed, the amateur psychological forum, so I had to take his post out.
Then it snowballed.
I hate editing but this started before I saw it. In my judgement this may contain useful information so the potential value of the thread outweighed my abhorrence of intervening.
Barely.
Let us keep it civil.
No Adam, that is not intended for you.
Later.
Sigh.

I was responding to Terry's crude and uninformed response to your post. I have had the opportunity to view the full report and felt the need to call Terry out for his reaction.

As they are being selective in that thread and you are not able to read the full report I will post this snip from the reportGraham Banks wrote:I see it being discussed here - http://rybkaforum.net/cgi-bin/rybkaforu ... ?tid=30118
I think everyone should wait till FIDE allow us to publish it in full and then discuss it."There are no violations of any FIDE rules."
"There is no evidence that the members of the ICGA Executive Committee - the only ICGA organ responsible for the decision - did not act in an impartial way."
" For these reasons, under this profile, the complaint has to be dismissed."

How the devil did the FIDE get involved? This is absurd in the extreme.Harvey Williamson wrote:As they are being selective in that thread and you are not able to read the full report I will post this snip from the reportGraham Banks wrote:I see it being discussed here - http://rybkaforum.net/cgi-bin/rybkaforu ... ?tid=30118

You have no such need unless you're trolling.
The FIDE has nothing to say in this matter, nor should they, it's not their jurisdiction. I see legal suits yet to be filed.
This is a troll thread initiated by Graham and followed up by you and interrupted by a misinformed moderator.
The FIDE and Ethics is an Oxymoron.
How is informing members that the FIDE Ethics Commission report in response to the complaint filed against ICGA is being discussed either crude, uninformed or trolling?
That is absurd!
Graham.

Hello Graham,
To the best of my knowledge Rybka is no longer being worked on. In other words, the company is now defunct never to be resurrected.
Do you disagree?
