New testsuite available

Post by Jeroen »

Dear chess friends,

A new testsuite is available for engine-engine testing. It has 60 unbalanced and mostly sharp 6. Bg5 Najdorf positions. Here is the link:

Enjoy!

Thanks.
I have this little tool to write round numbers in a pgn file.
Batch file.

Code: Select all

roundWriter input.pgn output.pgn
Download.

Thanks a lot Jeroen! Much appreciated! Actually I'm thinking in the same
directions i.e. making a test suite for one specific opening. Since I work
some together with Emanuel - a French test is quite "nahe liegend".
It would be interesting to see which top engine can cope the best with the
tricky French Defence! 8-)

Hi Sune,

You are welcome!

Opening specific testsuites also have my attention, I already published a few: on the King's Indian, the Sicilian, the Benko Gambit and Gambit openings for example.

French would be interesting too, good luck!

Kind regards, Jeroen
