cheng4 0.35

Post by mar »

Hi all,
cheng4 is available here: www.vlasak.biz/cheng
It should be somewhat stronger than cheng3 (20-40 elo) unless I messed up with untested cosmetic changes that should've had no impact on strength.
It supports FRC and lazy SMP, the entire engine has been rewritten from scratch.
Anyway I hope you enjoy it.

cheng4 is already a great engine. A Wb+UCI one ! Take a look to its endgame play, please !
Martin copyrighted ! BRAVO MAESTRO !
Below is a short test of the previous beta version versus cheng3 1.07 JA ( linked to 5 men Gaviota TBs). Impressive !

Thanks guys!
I forgot to mention Arturo Ochoa, who wrote (manually tweaked) book for cheng4 and motivated me to continue with it.

Cheers
