ChessGUI 0.239 and STS_Tool 1.3
ChessGUI 0.239 and STS_Tool 1.3 are out there.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

Less is sometimes more.
- "Fast Mode" of Testsuites was disabled for now because unreliable.
- "lag-free Timing" permanently checked
- no rated tournaments for now
- PlayChess transmission fixed
- STS EPD file names may now merely start with STS01, STS02, ... STS49
(example: STS12 Center Control.epd). STS_Tool therefore updated.
- Swiss Tournament final table fixed.
