Bob Tops the list with most terms served at 9

besides you are both a CCC Founding Father AND served as a Moderator
therefore you are exempt from all Moderator actions for a period not less then 3 decades
another interesting factoid..
Fern is another late bloomer..having served once as a Mod in 1999 and then resurfacing in 2011
12 years later

It's a long time ago but I think Enrique, Dirk and Bob were the first moderators, I wasn't.Steve B wrote:Interesting Wiki page on the CCC including its past/present moderators

I could not help but notice that Fern has been immortalized with an entry at the Wiki. I guess not all CCC moderators have earned that sort of recognition.Steve B wrote:cant be Don..he is too peaceful a fellowmclane wrote:i think i remember that don once banned me ) or was it bruce ?

Meanwhile those who think........watch such self gratification with amusement. We in the CTF are unnoticed until such times as you need black angels.......JuLieN wrote:You'll notice how the quality incredibly increases from one team to another!Steve B wrote:Interesting Wiki page on the CCC including its past/present moderators

One cannot account for choices made in the past. What one can certainly do looking over the fence is to advise. Depends how such advice is taken though.....
We in the CTF (and I think I speak for us all) look forward to all the future moderators who would take up that poisoned chalice and those who currently hold it. We like an easy life. We will help them as we see fit. We know it is a difficult job for no pay. A little direction (advice) is never a bad thing.
We believe that the best moderators are the most silent (until they must say something).
I am really glad the CCC still exists. The CTF would not have it any other way.......
Hahaha
