Arena plans...

Post by Michael Diosi »

Hi,

A new update will be available in one month.
Fixed (should be):

  • Autoplayer
    2 Disply problem
    other small issues
We would like a Turkish and a Spanish translation till then...

A smaller update is planned for the summer or autumn, some fixes and also networkgame over IP.

Database, Docking, 3D, Linux might come or not, it take a lot of time to implement those so let's see...

If you want to support us...you could make a help file in your language like Patrice DVID did for French (thanks to him again) or help us in any other way (thanks to those who did...)

Hi,

We are aware of this don't know whether Martin found anything, can't say... One can always try using the UCI filter to see if it helps at least a little.

I'm guessing that a lot of people would love to see a Linux version of Arena. I'm certainly one of them.

Absolutely right Don! 64-bit engines working under Arena on Linux would be awesome!

How about a internet two-player capability?

Thanks in advance.
