Having said that, it is bust beyond belief. It should be interesting to see just how many of the cloners can fix it. We did......after 3 months.

You lost me. Which is your team?
Also can your team provide me with this executable?
Note that i legally own Rybka 3 so there is no problem i think for what i'm asking. Perhaps this is wrong and in that case forget about what i'm asking.

Also this executable came from what code? In the Ippolit site i see only 2 files with code but i find it too small to make such an engine. Is there something i miss?
We are the Borg
No
The code is out there
Yes

:P

I am now running a match: Ippolit is giving Stockfish 1.51 a beating.
Score is 4:2 after 6 games, no crash (yet).

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

It makes perfect sense not to give publicity to illegal clones, but the moderators here probably feel constrained by the charter. Sometimes decisions need to made outside the charter though, especially where common sense dictates.
If mention of Ippolit is deleted almost everywhere else, it seems irresponsible to allow it here. Just my opinion.
