Hi Graham,
just installed 32bit and 64bit inside Fritz 11.
Both engines load without problems here on my AMD 64x2

First match on my quad is running inside Shredder 11 GUI - no problems with 64bit version here too.

Have you tried running the engine in console mode? May I know what machine you are running it in?

Athlon Dual plus Intel Quad. Console mode sometimes quits as soon as it starts.

I have tested it on an Intel Quad as that is where it was compiled, so it should run on yours too. I am just not sure with your Athlon Dual, but it runs on Athlon X2 as well (are they the same?).

I have tested it on an Intel Quad as that is where it was compiled, so it should run on yours too. I am just not sure with your Athlon Dual, but it runs on Athlon X2 as well (are they the same?).

It just quits unexpectedly.
Doesn't load at all when trying to create a uci engine under Fritz.
Exits under ChessGUI without making a move.
Probably a compile problem.

I have the same Problem here: it won't load under Fritz11 and also not under ChessBase9.

(Win XP SP3, 32-bit, Athlon XP 1800+)

Edit: I will try under my Core 2 Duo 6850.
Edit2: It works with my C2Duo

I will upload a generic executable later when I get home from work. Athlon is not targeted by my compile as I used SSSE3 flag.

32 bit crashes on my amd athlon 2400+ too.
