Thinker-ing mobile and parallel

1. Version 5.2E gets parallel search. For now, it is fixed at 4 threads. There are no configuration options. Search splits at both root nodes and interior nodes.

2. The Pocket PC version gets the 5.2 engine.

Versions that are intended to play against other computer chess programs:
