Winboard background image/piece images issue

This is mainly a question to HGM, however if anyone is aware of how to resolve this issue this would be appreciated.

So I've made a custom theme for janggi and tested it for both Xboard and Winboard (via wine for I'm on linux)
Both work nicely for me however it seems like there's an issue with displaying images for both board texture and piece images on windows 10.

Could someone please kindly try to setup the janggi theme on winboard on windows 10?

I have no Windows 10. The only problem I can imagine is that the files are somehow not accessible. In that case WinBoard would fall back on its built-in bitmaps, and use colors rather than background texture. Which it apparently does here.
