Looks like a computer generated image. It probably does not even exist. My first impression is it is some kind of scam. But, who knows.

Skylake-SP has six memory channels per CPU, so 12 memory sticks per CPU would be expected. (Not saying anything about the rest of the page.)

LGA 1366 CPUs (Core i7-950, i7-960, i7-965 Extreme, i7-975 Extreme, i7-980X Extreme) have 3 memory channels

LGA 1366 MoBos have 6 DIMM slots
