In this position Bb5 looses a piece after c5-c4. Skipper does not see that.
So you can't reduce pawn moves.

When not applying LMR for pawn moves result is a bit better. No Bb5 at highest levels.

What happens if you do not reduce pawn moves that attack pieces (but not pawns)?

Not reducing pawn moves attacking non-pawn pieces gives about similar result as not reducing all pawn moves. But might perform better in other positions I don't know.

Still needs level 11.
So in a 3, 5 or 10 minute game it still would go wrong.

Maybe add an SEE too for if pawn move can be traded there is no danger.
