Looking at the diff I do not think this is going to work.
I have started doing the merge of Cfish code into Fathom. I am trying to keep the Fathom interface as it is. The Cfish version has quite a few dependencies back into the Cfish engine code, which I am having to take out. I have made some progress but it is not complete yet.
