Yesterday I received an e-mail from Takeshi Ito that there will be another UEC-Cup tournament for mini-Shogi at the upgoming GAT meeting, March 9-10. See here .
As far as I understand from there it is an invitation-only tournament, unless you are a participant of the GAT meeting. So far it seems only Shokidoki and Lima are invited. But if you have a mini-Shogi program I guess it cannot hurt to contact Takeshi Ito to inquire if he would be willing to invite you.
