The offer is still open. I am willing to "foot the bill" at AWS in return for a talented expert to bring up the full Leela.

Requirements?

Speak English fluently.

Cross-net Zoom at pre-arranged mutually convenient times.

The confirmation of the study is Leela playing at top form.

Why? To simply enjoy the game and the invention, and not to "game" it. :-)

I don't think I see an offer anywhere in that URL?

There is no offer to pay anyone. Footing the AWS bill for the work is payment enough. The advantage is learning. No cash.

May be you should explain what you want? ;-)

@Sesse - I guess he means this thread with the same name, but 4 weeks ago

Leela is playing again today on HGM's server under the Tinker handle.

It is Lc0v20.0-dev with net ID-11248 on a GTX-1070 gpu.

I am currently running some test games using the latest UCI2WB adapter that was fixed for some pondering/time issues. They should be done in about an hour or so. If there are no problems, I'll leave it running so feel free to play some games.

The point is not to serve it on someone else's machine but to run it on one's own notebook or on an AWS/other-cloud instance.

The point is simply to seek an equal partner to establish the above for our own increase in playing skill and enjoyment.

Without using someone else's server(s) or container(s) or notebook(s).

That's all.

Very innocent hobbyist here.

Isn't AWS "someone else's machine"?

And to run it on your notebook seems just a matter of downloading it. Many people have been running Leela.

What Guenther says. It's unclear exactly what you're asking for, beyond just someone pressing the button to pull up a GPU-enabled AWS instance and installing Leela on it?

Actually, it would be on my tab (meaning bill) and it would not be someone just doing it for me either. It would be a collaboration to try to produce an easier way of bringing Leela up than what is in the documentation, perhaps even, an automated installation, so that others can gain from it as well.
