CSVN Autumn Tournament
Posted: Mon Sep 23, 2013 6:44 am
On November 30th and December 1st the CSVN will organize another programmer's tournament. This will be the 45th time that a tournament for programmers is organized and the participation rules will be the same as for the tournament earlier this year. This means that the similarity test results should be provided by the author as part of the registration.
Additionally the 1st Open Engine tournament is being held on december 1st. The intention of this tournament is to give the opportunity to users, testers and programmers of programs that cannot participate in the programmer's tournament an opportunity to meet each other. Of course, the organization would like to have a variety of (modified) programs participating here. Please mention as part of your registration with which program you want to participate, on which program it is based (if applicable) and what you have done to improve its performance (settings, book, program adaptations etc.).
For both tournaments you can register with jan.krabbenbos (at) gmail.com.
On November 30th the 27th users tournament is organized. The maximum playing strength for this tournament is 1700 Elo points. An Elo list with computers<1700 can be found here
Your registration for the users tournament can be sent to luuk.hofman (at) gmail.com
You can find this and more details (soon) at the CSVN website
On behalf of the tournament organization,
Richard Pijl
